3/20/2020 Zero Stars! I own a Mobile Fleet Service and my employee’s have had problems dealing with the parts department at Sarasota location. He asked one of my techs “Why didn’t you call? You must be stupid!” Then told him never call or return to the Sarasota location. As well as met him in the parking lot taughting my tech. We have reported this to our representative at the Small Business Administration and we will not do business with Ring Power Cat again. Spent over 12k and month in their shop, have brought it back 4 times and now check engine light is on. Gave the codes to Jay and you would think after 2 or 3 weeks I could get a return phone call, an email or even a text message. Unless your truck is in their shop you don't matter, regardless of what you have spent. Don't recommend and will never return. Gonna go as far as emailing a corporate office and maybe get someone who cares about...
