Had the most fantastic meal from the awesome husband and wife team, Pitmaster JP and Sherein! They brought their mobile smoker to our complex at Reserve at Palmer Ranch for Food Truck Friday and it was hard to decide what to get! You cannot go wrong with rib and brisket combo, loved the potato and baked beans sides. Everything was full of deep flavor, fall off the bone mouth watering meat and sauce. You cannot get a better smoked taste than this!
