I have came here for a few years quality is going down bad, no employees to let us in behind the glass, and line formed and I can hear employees chatting no big deal I knocked to let them know they have patrons, told the guy that I would have been patient but a line is forming out here( jokingly) , (rudely)he says you gotta wait there is a line inside. Buzzes me in and I am the ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER inside. Why lie? Also they do not stand behind their products. Multiple times have I gotten products such as the photo. Customer service still has not responded in over 9 days. Go to other surrounding dispensaries if you value your time and money. Used to love it here really a shame. Have been coming since it was green house. No more. Can't even get customer service to respond after a week? Do better guys. I know you can because I've seen it. Honestly too skeptical to even attempt to return i know I'll get burned on my product AGAIN... and with NO support again..
Edit... customer service NEVER responded they do NOT care that they essentially stole my money. By giving a fraction of what was advertised on package . Making no attempt reach a solution. Ridiculous, if you want to take the chance at getting almost no product and them ghosting you when you contact them great , otherwise every other dispensary in the area is far better. This place has no customer service, wait times are the same as covid . And honestly all the products are extremely dry like they have been sitting for months or yeah they do sit for months. The date is on the packages. Even the items they just add to the menu can be several months old. But that isn't an issue at nearby competition. Place has gone down since the change...
Read moreCool to have a place like this around, but it was difficult to figure out what I was supposed to do when I arrived for pickup. I walked in the front entrance but I was told that was for medical patients only, so I was instructed by the clerk to "walk around to the side door and wait in line." So I went to the side door marked "Unit B" with a keypad next to it that looks like it's for employees only, and there was the distinct absence of a line, so I stood there for a minute waiting to be granted permission to enter this fortress until a girl walks up and just opens the door. Absolutely no indication whatsoever that I was supposed to enter this door, none of this was mentioned on the website either. If you want to refurbish a hollowed out rec center into a cannabis store, spend ten bucks on some laminated signage so I don't feel like I'm entering a crack den. Ironically I came here to buy some gummies for my anxiety and the cryptic unintuitive building design and vague Masonic instructions left me feeling more anxious than...
Read moreThey were very understanding that I needed a quiet space: They turned off the music, the lights were already slightly dimmed, and the remainder of the staff went in the adjacent room so as not to disturb us getting down to business. Their menu was in smaller print than I'm used to, however, I did very much appreciate that the entire flower selection fit on one page. It made it much easier to quickly compare THC and CBD content and narrow the list to just a couple of choices. Best of all, the dispensary takes up the whole building. So, there are no disapproving looks or attitudes from other businesses that would normally share a corporate building lobby. The dispensary is on ground level, handicap accessible, and you can park your car in the shade and very close to the entrance. My only complaint is that the purchasing counter is far too tall. So If you, like me, have any type of sensory sensitivity or mobility issues, I highly recommend this place. I am looking forward to...
