Tips: Plenty of parking and it is free despite the sign and pay stations. Bring your own bags (trolley or a push cart) to avoid carrying all the items because you ended up buying more than you expected.
Cash and credit cards are accepted but some vendors will charge you 3% using a credit card so it's best to bring cash.
Come early - thr famer's market opens 9am to 1pm but most people get there before 9am. Especially the seafood station line can get really long.
The market only has 4 rows of vendors and a few food vendors. There are about 4 tables set up for people to sit and eat and sometimes there are artists playing guitar to put you in a good mood.
I recommend checking all the vendors first before making a purchase of the items you want or compare your prices. Pro of this market is easy in and out of the place and it is not overly big, making your trip...

Everything I might look for at Mountain View, but the market's half the size (so it takes a lot less time to get around) and there's easy parking. And I may be leaving out stuff. Everything is ridiculously fresh and prices are very reasonable. It's can get very crowded around the most popular vendors, but for the quality, price, freshness and range, I'm happy to dive in. It's a great way into...
Read moreOther than Alemany farmers market this is my go to market since it’s much closer to my home. It’s a no frills, quality market that has a little bit of everything. They have poultry, seafood, fresh milk and cheese, fruits, veg, meat, dessert, breads and a wonderful Asian vegetable stall that is typically my first stop. I hate farmers markets when they’re filled with multiple of the same fillers: ya know like numerous random soaps, olive oils, multiple clothing and jewelry, etc. Or when the produce is high priced because it looks perfect. It’s a farmers market, I want fresh, sometimes imperfect and affordable. This isn’t the Ferry building farmers market if that’s what you’re...
