Ok, it's not bad.

Cons: Our board's bullseye was so beaten up that it was an inch dug out Very cramped space. When you throw, you wait for neighbors to throw so an axe doesn't bounce back at you. They do not spray water on boards to accept axe better (and reduce bounce backs) Throwing lanes don't have separators and only 3 feet apart (staff did say they are adding something to sepereate throwing lanes soon) Boards are eased so axe gives to this area a lot. Not enough seating Axes somewhat dull Hands off staff (other places teach you games and whatnot

This whole experience felt very unprofessional and unsafe. We were given our axes to throw, given some very brief instructions, and then the staff spent the time watching TV on the other side of the room, not even facing our direction. Someone could easily have gotten hurt because nobody was paying attention to what patrons were doing. The boards were in pretty bad shape, there weren't any dividers between lanes, and it was cramped enough that we were jammed against the wall to give our group enough space to throw. It felt like there were zero precautions being taken for anything. Staff were also very lax on mask and COVID safety, which made our group very uncomfortable. Unless changes are made, we will not...

My daughter & I were looking for something to do for a daddy-daughter date. She suggested axe throwing at United States Axe and I was immediately on board with the idea. Neither of us have ever thrown axe before but we loved it. I was worried that an hour would be too long but we were shocked at how fast time passed and we were both left wanting to return. The host was incredibly patient with both of us and worked with us until we were both sticking the axes into the board.

Without a doubt, we WILL be back. In fact, we’re already planning to bring the entire family to United States Axe...
