Baker Road Townhomes — Local services in Satsuma

I have heard of other people having issues here and i am usually like are we talking about the same place? I had one incident when i first moved in, i had to leave for work for the weekend and when i returned my daughters bicycle was stolen off of the balcony. I never notified management and i didnt take further action becausr i knew it was a lost cause but we just dont leave anything on the balcony anymore. The actual personnel are super friendly and so is the maintenance personnel! The grounds are well kept, the laundry facility is well kept, and I was actually impressed with the renovations on the apartment its self when I moved in! Great place for a family on the go all the time as myself, a first starter place for couples, single parents, elderly that just need something smaller, etc...there is a great mixture here! Thanks Country Haven for giving us our new home...

No one has came to my apartment 1401 to repair anything. I have black mold in the ceiling of my bedroom. The carpet in the bedroom feels damp when you walk on it. The dry wall is peeling due to a leak from the roof that came down through the wall of the tenant above me 4 months ago. I'm disabled. I'm having neck surgery next Wed, Aug 2nd due to 3 ruptured disc's in my neck. I'm home everyday. At least 1 of my family members comes and stays overnight to help me. The new owners of Spartan crossing own country haven. They have raised our rent from $625, to $791 without informing us. They originally told us $750, and without notice went to $791. And also told us we had an option to sign a 9 month or a 13 month but now is only giving 12 month. Y'all these place are joke now. You can find a 2 bedroom house for 900. Spend your money elsewhere. They don't care about us, they only care...
