First time visitor and it just so happened to be my birthday. I signed up for the rewards program at the front desk and was told not only would I receive a gift for being a first time visitor, but also for being my birthday. I had already perused the website and was delighted to see a few great deals on items my home dispensary happened to be out of this morning. I went in and asked to see their Doink Rollers advertised for $18. The girl went and asked another girl. They came back and asked me what brand of Doink Rollers I was talking about. I was a little confused because I was only familiar with the one type of Doink and it was the name of the brand. So they are looking through all the pre-rolls and I went to the cabinet and spotted them and pointed them out to the ladies. They checked the price and it was indeed what I was looking for. Didnāt instill much confidence.
I also donāt know how I seemed to know more about the promotions going on at that business than the employees, having only heard of it 15 minutes before walking in the store, but I did know the Triple Phoenix baked goods (mellow bars) were $12 or 3/$25. When I asked about this, the sales girl said 2/$25. Well. No.
And lastly, I got a pretty weak pre-roll as my incentive for being a first time visitor. However, they did not allow me to use my birthday credit because it was the same day that I signed up. I mean, it was only $10 and after the experience we had, it seemed the least they could do. My sales lady even went and asked her boss. And she came back and said that I can use it on another day.
Good prices. Inexperienced/uneducated(āgreenā) employees. Poor customer service. 2/5 Stars - worth it to get a 2g infused...

The budtender that we had this evening, Madison C was beyond rude. Iām not sure if sheās new or was having a bad day but we received awful customer service from her. From her demeanor to her attitude - this is just a small synopsis of what went down. My husband had asked for a specific brand/deal and she said āwe donāt have that brand.ā He informed her that we saw it online and it showed that there were 5 different flavors available at this location. She repeatedly (3+ times after she ālookedā for it) told him in a very disrespectful tone that it wasnāt there. After a few minutes, another budtender nearby overheard and went and grabbed the concentrate that we were looking for (the one she swore you didnāt have). We also asked for a specific type of edible (also showed that it was in stock online). Once again we played the āwe donāt have thatā game for a few minutes and once again, another budtender overheard (not the same as before) and grabbed the item we were looking for. We understand having a bad day but donāt take it out on your customers. She was incredibly efficient and proactive. Before even grabbing my order, she checked if I wanted to apply any of my reward points. When I mentioned an issue I'd been having with my phone number on file, she took the initiative to check into it for me. She ran inside and was back in a few minutes, not just with my order but also with an update on my rewards issue. She explained what she found and even offered to help me contact the customer service team, which I truly appreciated.
Lexi then took the time to ensure I understood the different reward options and genuinely asked if there was anything else she could do. This kind of authentic, customer-focused care is what sets Jars apart. I was so impressed with her kindness and efficiency that I made sure to tell her how awesome she was before I left.
