This bsuiness was used for my brother's wedding. Snd it turned out disappointing. I didnt like the 60% down in the first place but that wqs supposee to be for materials and fabric. Nevertheless we went with it. That was months ago and to now hear fabrics were received late is mind boggling. Also paying for a product before recieveing it is simething im against and this experience is why. Also the materials were cheap and not well sewn together. Several peices just fell apart. Some not put together at all. I wont elaborate to far untill a later date but this business ruined my brother's, sister-in-law, my sister and most of all my mother's day. It wqs stated earlier that some missed appointment for fittings. Well you cant be fit for something that isnt made. My mother's sister nor daughter dress was ever made. My sister i know for a fact came 2 hrs to be fitted and still didnt receive a dress. Mind you this is someone's wedding day and your negligence wiped out the entire wedding party. Delayed a wedding. Ppl flew in from other states to go thru this. If there was anything that could compromise the date, you would notify the customer that you cant fulfill the job. Not in this case. The bride's dress didnt even fit and to have to see her grimace and be adjusted from being atuck by something in the dress is mind blowing. This totally embarrassed aNd hurt an entire family. Unfortunately the best part of me, the Christian side of me and the business side could never recommend this business to anyone. Its to risky and i just in good faith couldn't. And whats worst is the night before, she knew this job wouldnt be completed and continued to mislead the family and paid in fill customer. And expect the paying customers to lose their money and she doesnt lose anything. I hate to say but buyer beware. It hurts that i could normally fix anything for my family and this was so bad i cant even remotely come close to fixing this. And also this business post jobs on fb then cut off comments. Also to get business leaves the job up but failes to diaclose to the public on Facebook that she didnt complete the job or that that she messed up someone's...

I was so hesitant to do this but I feel I would be doing brides a disservice by not. In summary, appointments were canceled including my last dress fitting, the dress was delivered over a month late and DURING my rehearsal dinner and the quality of work was not to standard. To dive further, the first problem I was quoted a 50 dollar consultation fee after a phone call conversation and a follow up text message with the link to my gown where it stated it was a wedding dress. Once the consultation had already started and there were already pins in my dress I was told since it’s a wedding dress the consultation is 195 dollars. Overall I ended up spending x2 the budget I had discussed with her. Secondly multiple appointments were canceled or the time was changed. Including my last dress fitting. Although she offered to let me“ you can try it on before I go to make sure it's to your liking” the dress was being dropped off at 10:17pm on the night of my rehearsal dinner. To which I felt like I had to decide to either leave my rehearsal dinner or risk my dress not fitting correctly. With us leaving for the venue out of town first thing in the morning there was no time to make any changes. The dress was supposed to be done the end of September, I received it October 24th. I dropped it off in April. Thirdly the dress alterations were not at all to the standard I read in other reviews. The slit ended up being way too high and you could see the entire under-layer. Additional the stitching on the side we removed fabric from laid terribly. You could see the side seam from the front due to the curve added to it.

I’m so sad to have to leave this review but the way all of this was handled was very disappointing. I felt Trish didn’t take any accountability with the mishap. Pictures included. I have been waiting to post this review for a week lol! Now that my event is over, I have time! I want to start by stating that I contacted Latricia about altering my dress I purchased offline. The event was on Valentine’s Day and she said there was plenty of time to do the alterations. We set an appointment time and when I say I absolutely adored that day. Number one, The appointment was scheduled for 11 o’clock and naturally I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, and SHE WAS THERE at the shop already open and ready to receive me!! That told me there she was serious about her craft and and customers! I tried on the dress in a very comfortable setting and she got right to pinning me up, stating how she was going to make the alterations! She even suggested to put “bra stays” in my dress which helped GREATLY the night of the Gala in keeping my bra straps out of the way and out of pictures!!!! The pricing was affordable which is always a plus! We set my return date to try on, pick up, and take home my dress! That day came and again she was OPEN and READY to receive me! I tried my dress on and I felt like a NEW WOMAN!!! I was so satisfied with her work, I didn’t want to take the dress off lol!!!
