P D Grocery And Vape — Local services in Sawmills

I just went to this store I have been to for the last 10 years. Everyone has always been helpful and nice to me. This morning an old wrinkled woman with a severe attitude problem was working the drive-through window. I always ask for my vapes through the drive-through and simply asked her what other fruity flavors of a particular vape they had she immediately got an attitude with me, the likes of which I have never seen in customer service. I understand, not wanting to name every vape, but she could’ve kindly told me one or two other flavors that was in stock and then told me nicely to come in and look if I wanted to. She very rudely with a horrible look on her face told me that she has a wall full of vapes. I might want to come in and look myself. I hope the owners get better people with great customer service skills. This woman needs to lose her job. Don’t work with the public if you don’t have the skills and patience to be kind to people. So sad I ate breakfast here almost every morning. No more because for about two weeks now it’s been hard to get someone to answer the phone. They have answered one time in two weeks, and I have called at least three times every morning. This morning, I was completely hung up on while trying to order. I said I would like to place an order, then she hung up. I have never had this problem here before. Gave it a few weeks to clear up, just in case, the problem was training a new employee or something like that. It hasn’t cleared up, I will be eating elsewhere. I only give them one star. I used to enjoy going to PDs but now not so much. I grew up going there. I would like going there more now if they would figure out and get the phones situated. We literally call them almost everyday for a lunch order and they never answer or they do answer but then put you on hold for 30 mins. We call them 30 mins to an hour before we come get our food around 12. We choose PDs cause it’s convenient to our workplace and also cause the food is alright. There is no sense in spending as much money as we do down there for them...
