Saw John & Mike to recover an Amish rocker that had a stain on the leather. I ordered the material thru them. When I left, they suggested a method to minimize the stain. It worked perfectly. I advised them how their suggestion worked & wondered if it would be possible to just pickup the leather they had ordered for me to be used at a later date, if necessary. John checked with his supplier, the order had not been filled yet so he canceled it for me. WOW! Talk about customer service. I was prepared to hang onto the leather but John said if I didn't need it & it hadn't shipped that it was "no harm, no foul", he would just refund our deposit....

I work for Ducro Funeral Home Services in Ashtabula, Ohio.
