BEWARE: Have the unit inspected by a third party prior to purchase to avoid the huge headaches we have had to endure. We purchased a 2018 Coachmen Pursuit. Let me start out by saying that everyone at the dealership is really friendly and nice. They earned our trust very quickly which ultimately became our downfall. The dealership failed multiple times to check out the unit thoroughly. Which will cost of thousands of dollars to fix when we have only had the unit for about 45 days.
Being a first time RV owner, we relied heavily on them to help us through the process. It started when we went to drive off the lot in the evening. The dash lights did not work. This should have been a clear indicator that the unit was not checked properly. Upon pickup after the dash lights were fixed, I noticed the rear and side cameras were really bad viewing. The only one that worked well was the one that was replaced. When bringing up the bad cameras, I was told it was a used unit and things will not be perfect. I dealt with the bad cameras and received quotes to get them fixed. Ashley offered to bring it in and they would look at it. My question was why it wasn't fixed during initial inspection. Driving it home and practice driving it around town, I noticed the wheel had to be pointed at 10:00 to drive straight and I had to white knuckle it when driving above 45 on the highway. When calling Ruffinit, I was told that is how the chassis system is prior to 2021 and we live in Ohio with potholes on the road. It would be out of alignment. I just assumed this was correct and continued driving it the way it was. When calling to get quotes, they were expensive and could not get us in. We finally set off on our first long road trip after having the RV for 3 weeks. We made it 2 and half hours before the generator turned off. We continued to turn it back on and it continued to shut off. We left it off. We stopped at a Camping World in Georgetown, KY. They were very helpful and accommodating. They asked when the generator was last serviced. I called Ruffinit and they reviewed the repair order and it said it was not serviced because the oil looked good and it was working. To prevent any further delays, we paid to have the generator serviced, $500 and an additional inspection to find out if anything else was wrong with it. This is when a laundry list of items were uncovered to include WATER DAMAGE in the slide, black tank leak, and bad water pump. We decided to end our roadtrip and drive back to Ohio. We called Ashley, Ruffinit owner, and explained our trip and the items that were wrong. She told me to bring it in for them to check. I asked why wasn't this discovered before we purchased the item. There has been numerous things wrong with the unit since we purchased it. She claimed she stands behind her units. I said if that was the case, this should not have happened to begin with. Why do I need to drive my unit an hour plus for service items that should have been caught before driving it off the lot? As a first time RV owner, I feel cheated and taken advantage of.
Trust me, I am all for local businesses as I am heavily involved in the community and former small business owner myself. But, do yourself a favor and go to the big dealerships - Camping World, Lazy Days, General RV, Meyeres (right down the road) as they have a better selection and will help...

Yes, when I call you back, I did ask if there was a discount, but not on the one awning like you claim, but if I ordered an additional awning for the other side. It had nothing to do with the invoice.
The reason I am disputing the final bill are the hours for labor charged. Your quote does not say $150 per tech. If you would have just put bulk labor was $1000, I would not have said anything, but since you broke it down in qty (6) hours that is what caught my eye and I questioned.
I was not combative, I was trying to make a point about the over charge, but you kept talking over me (where I had to tell you I don't appreciate being interrupted when I am speaking). I have the final bill and I informed you that I recorded our conversation.
I did not plan on stepping foot again on your property, but unfortunately, I had to haul my trailer back the next day so the tech could adjust the awning, because it would not open all the way. I hope that I would not get charged for an awning that you just put on and it would not open.
Please do not reply with inaccurate information again, as I have everything documented, and really want to be done with your company.
First review: Only reason for one star is the technician was nice. The president, Ashley, charged me 6 hours for only five hours of work. When I got there and they told me that it would be six hours, I pointed out to them that I called them at 11:00 AM and was told that the tech just arrived and they would get started on my trailer. They called me at 3:45 PM stating that the trailer was done and ready for pick-up. I told them in my book that is five hours of work not six. All Ashley kept saying was I quoted you six hours, so that is what the bill is. I told her I understood that was the quote, but you got the work done in less time. I do not want anything for free. However, at $150.00 an hour, may not be a lot for them, but it means a lot of money for us middle class people who work really hard. Ashley was very immature and young, and you could tell by the way it was handled, that she did not have a lot of experience. I had a person with a three-horse trailer ask me where I got my awning, and I told them where and the story behind it. That could have been another $3,000 job, if she would have only did right by her customer. I will never...

We drove almost 6 hours from Indiana to pick up our camper because while shopping we happened to find exactly what we were looking for in Ohio, and we are 1000% satisfied.
The owner is an amazing, kind, caring, selfless and a very down-to-earth woman. We were dealing with some massive issues on selling my house and she worked with us every step of the way alongside Spencer purchasing from this dealership has been the easiest adjustment we have done in over a month with all the changes we were so stressed and exhausted. But I will spare you all the details. This establishment is family oriented, animal, friendly knowledgeable of the area so we could go get food. Spencer was a delight to deal with very knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful They stayed very late for us to arrive. I’ve never been treated so nice in all my life. Both of these two outstanding humans were very patient with us during the deal that took a month for us to get to this point they let us stay on the lot overnight because we were too tired to head back to Indiana. They stayed until well past 8 PM and they close at six to make sure that we were comfortable, and all set for the evening. We went to several dealerships before finding this oasis of Hope and we will most definitely recommend this business to any and all we come across. Thank you so much to Roughin it RV. You guys are amazing!!!!! Thank you so much for giving us the peace we so desperately needed. All our love The...
