TLDR: Happy Home Appliances offers competitive pricing backed by superb customer service. We'd definitely use them again for another appliance purchase.

We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Happy Home Appliances during the purchase of a new washer and dryer set. We conversed e-mail to start with and they were both very responsive and ordered over the phone. It was a quick and easy process. We worked with both Mickey and Brian, both were exceptional. Both appliances were ready for delivery within a week or so.

In terms of delivery and installation. No issues with the haul away of the old appliances or the actual installation process itself. We did experience an issue with the washer during delivery though (no fault of HHA). The connection point for one of the hoses on the back of the washer was stripped. The delivery crew did the best they could to fix the issue on site, however the true fix required a replacement part. I opted to keep the washer and wait for a replacement part. The part came and was replaced within two weeks (the small leak was manageable to workaround for the time being). Brian came out personally to do the part swap. We’re Tired Of Your Lies!! As We Have Told You We Need Everything From You In Writing.

We did not receive a quality appliance or install, despite buying a high-end dishwasher from Happy Home Appliances.

Their owner, Mickey, wants to leave our dishwasher so that our dishwasher door cannot be closed without noticeable force. This has never happened to us before in 25 years that we have lived in this home and have owned dishwashers. The GE technician agreed with us about their install because it is rubbing against the frame of our cabinet when closing it, and he recommended that Happy Home make further adjustments. Unfortunately, the owner of Happy Home refused.

Also quality wise, the second rack would not fully extend (we were told by GE that the gliders were not working; and the new kickplate on the outside was damaged.) Was this a reconditioned dishwasher?
