Sadly, a local business with what was a great reputation, now seems to have gone downhill. My experience? A washer continually going out of balance. After waiting a couple of weeks for a part (I don't believe that wait was Sandlin's issue, but their lack of communication on the status was). When I followed up on the part they claimed it was delivered that day and they'd be right over (which they were). They replaced the part. However, within 24-hours, it was clear the issue wasn't fixed. I've called and emailed multiple times to get them back here to take another look. No response, Nothing. In total, over a month now without our washer and two weeks since we informed them the replaced part didn't fix it. Terrible communications.    Read more. A Maytag washing machine should run for more than 3 years. Had them out to fix it in the spring, it cost $180.00. We still had to tighten the part he fixed every month or so. Now it’s leaking oil and Marvin won’t even come and look at it. Bought many appliances from them but never again. I’ll shop in Dubuque.
