If you plan on upgrading a car/truck stereo system. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased a 6by9 alpine kit, alpine Amp & alpine subwofers from this company. The installation was not done correctly. They wired things incorrectly. When I received the truck back the Bluetooth was not working. They also never installed the tweeters that came with the 6by9 kit. The wiring was a complete mess. There was wires that should have been soudered that were not. The installer peppered my truck with 5 or 6 screws into my truck for a ground wire. They became corroded and the wire basically broke off from the corrosion. When I got my truck back there was a good sized dent in my tailgate that wasn't there when I left the truck with them. They also never gave me back my bose 6 by 9 that they took out. When asked why they didn't return my bose 6 by 9 they said they were discarded. They gave me back some brackets that were removed from the under tge back seat but never returned my 6 by 9's 🤔. The stereo system started having problems just about immediately after the installation. I had it brought to another shop and they couldn't figure out why the Bluetooth wasn't working. They did have to replace a 80 watt differential converter. That cost me another 400. Then there was more problems a few weeks later the subwofer wasn't working. So I brought it back into another shop and the subwofer had a bad voice coil and that's when I found out this company never installed the tweeters that I had paid for. The Bluetooth was fixed. They wired things incorrectly which caused they Bluetooth not to work. This cost me 500 more to have fuxed. I spoke to the manager and showed him copies of the invoices and asked if they were willing to pay for these. They were not willing to pay for anything. I highly recommend not to do business with...

If your looking to upgrade your factory audio to a new one with navigation, , make sure you think twice!! The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of Brandon! I missed my navigation system, so my husband thought he would surprise me with an upgrade, it was a surprise alright when nothing in the car worked anymore! Hands free calling, blind spot warning, navigation without having to have radio on, backup camer working when it wanted to, and all the controls on the steering wheel, Bluetooth/phone didn't work! So make sure you ask the right questions, do your research. Brandon did come to the house to try to fix the problems and ended up putting the factory unit back in, everything works as it should now, they refunded us for the new unit, but refused to give us back money for labor, using the excuse that they did what was asked and the management said they weren't going to get into the middle of a material disagreement! I say they didn't do what was asked, by not telling us what we would be losing therefore we should get all our money back. ...

HONEST HONEST!!! I went to there competitor for years prior to them Moving to scarbrough location. My bass would randomly cut out but all Amps showed good. The other place told me so many made up things. The other place I paid to have the issue fixed. About 7 days later same thing again

I brought it here. They figured it out. it was a lose RCA that was hidden bcus they were taped Tgther and the other place should have started by Checking all connections or running new rcas.
