6/24/2015 Another visit! After a bunch of online research and talking to remote start specialists in both the US and Canada, saying that it was not possibly for my 2015 Porsche Cayenne with Porsche entry and Drive to get retrofitted with a remote start solution. Adam & Rob at Complete Mobile, Inc found a way! Without a new key barrel he was able to get a 2-way Compustar solution to work great out of the box with his wiring and install expertise. Even though the car had to be taken apart, there are no signs of entry and the solution works flawlessly! Thanks again guys!

NEW VISIT: I just left the shop with my truck and this is my 5th visit in 3 years. I have been bringing all of my vehicles since working with them the first time on a 2-way remote start that works about a mile away even in brick and morter garages. Started my car taxing in from the Portland jetport and arrived in warm comfort to drive home.

This most recent visit included a high end Audison install including K6 Voce in the front, AV X 6.5 in the rear, 8 inch JL W7 subwoofer and the all powerful AV 5.1k amplifier. These guys road killed all the doors of my Tundra , ran the wiring 100% completely concealed, Installed door baffles to prevent the speakers from moisture and installed a digital processor to keep my factory deck and component setup turning it into a blissful sound experiance. They asnwered all of my questions before, provided me with install options during the process, stuck to their price quote even with modifications needed and setup a truly unique and artful creation. The results are mind-blowing to say the least. Being an Audiosn authorized dealer they used a sophisticated tuning system called BitTune to finish the setup by formalizing a proper input to output synchronization that makes these speakers sing for joy. I am overly impressed and would recommend Adam and ROb's many many years of experiance in working from a rnage of BMW, Rover, Lexus, Toyota, Mercedes, and on and on. This is team that works extremely well together and tackle jobs from cars and trucks to marine and on. There is nothing they can't do and their dedication shows. They always pick up the phone, answer questions and in general are some of the best guys i have ever met. Please reach out to them if you need anything.

Previous VIsit: I can't say enough about these guys. I spoke with Adam on my initial call after speaking to several local installers for a remote start. I had a unique situation and he gave me several options an dclearly explained the different systems. I chose a newer type system which he was familiar with and several other local shops only offered one. I had an idea of prices already and he was more than competitive. He offered to install onsite or at his shop, my choice with no extra charges. I am going back for any other mobile needs as his experiance and knowledge was over the top!

UPDATE: I did go back to have an amp and speakers installed as well. I second my first review and want to tell you they tood the time to tune, make it fit correctly and ran the wireing so cleanly. I had really high hopes because of all the positive reviews. The guy that I spoke with was mostly friendly but made me feel guilty for trying to do things on a budget. I am all for the best quality but I was trying to do things on a budget. He basically told me it was going to be trial and error and wouldn't be able to help me diagnose what the actual problem was. Didn't even suggest bringing it in to take a look at it. Seemed very dismissive because I wasn't trying to spend thousands of dollars. Made me feel like this is a place for the rich only. I am sure they do good work but unless you have a large budget this place probably isn't for you. Quoted me $1,000 just to put a new head unit in and that was just the unit no speakers! I understand things are expensive these days but when you're not willing to work with somebody on their budget that's a huge turn off. Sorry I'm not made of money. After this review he sent one message trying to be helpful and then went off on me about trying to get work done for free and saying I wasted his time showing him stuff online. Yes I was trying to get a better understanding of things, I know nothing about car stereos. He attacked my character saying he knows exactly who I am somebody trying to get something for free?! I had every intention of spending money just not $1,000 to only have the head unit replaced. I have bills and was looking to do something on a budget and he didn't offer me cheaper options until after this review. Telling me I was playing the victim because I wrote an honest review. I'm sorry you practiced poor customer service and then tried to backpedal after seeing a negative review. No I did not have an appointment and even if I had no intention of spending money which I had every intention I still should have been treated with the same amount of respect as someone who had an appointment. Apparently telling this guy you are on a budget is the same as telling him you're looking for something for free. He apparently only sees dollar signs and not a human being looking to better understand a field they know nothing about. I may be on a budget but that doesn't mean I'm not willing to spend money. I went in with a significantly difficult and unknown factory radio in my 2019 Honda insight. Being a "premium" stereo it consisted of a "premium" amplifier pushing 10 channels of highly over minipulated sound frequencies resulting in a stereo that sounded nice at low volumes but screeched like a banshee in heat when played at high volumes. I had replaced all my speakers in the car and had done a tremendous amount of sound dampening to no real effect. I came to the conclusion I needed new amplifiers and a way to reshape the frequencies to take care of this obnoxious system. Doing research with friends of mine it became apparent no information on this system existed and this car was the first to have this amplifier in it. I went to Adam at complete mobile and within one hour of sound testing and reviewing the amplifier he had a plan of action. The price was a bitter pill to swallow, but then my demands of the system were quite high and the car needed 10 channels to subdue. I took the car in for install and 9 hours later I had a tamed banshee howling loud, clear, and precisely customized music in my ears. We did run into a blown sub due to an overuse of hearty bass on an undersized 8" cone, but he quickly installed my old 12" sub in the trunk the next day and tuned the bass to the way I wanted it. Not only that, he also did a quick modification on my lights in the car that I had expressed interest in and refused to except payment. Smart guy since I think he knows I'll be back to do more cool mods on the car. Adam is personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly, highly knowledgeable. It took quite a while to find a place in Maine to find someone who can do custom work, isn't an unapproachable audiophile, and knows how to do cool things to your car that a geek as well as the average consumer will find helpful. Don't let my bitter pill of price scare you away, the equipment I bought and the features I wanted from my stereo demanded a higher price in equipment. What I paid for was much less than you'd expect for 9 hours of tuning, research and hi-fi equipment. I can't recommend this...
