My washing machine broke right after the warranty expired and I couldn’t get a human from whirlpool on the phone so I decided to go third party. I called and set up a visit to diagnose the issue. I said on the phone I know this issue is something with the digital board so either an electrical issue or the computer. The woman on the phone quoted me $69 for the visit. (Not a number someone would easily forget.) A man showed up to do the diagnosis. He started by checking the plug (something I had already done but I understand) then started pressing the buttons (which sometimes work and sometimes don’t. This is also something I already did.) The “buttons” are sensors more so than real buttons. He pressed a button I had never used and was like look it’s working even tho it took many presses of the “button” for this to happen. I said to him that I have never used whatever he pressed and that this wasn’t the issue. I told him when the buttons work and I get the washer started it stops almost immediately after. I kept insisting on showing him but he ignored me and continue to push buttons. My washing machine does not have a size option. It senses the load to determine the amount of water and at this time the washer was empty. I finally insisted on putting something in the washer and started the washer to show him what was actually wrong with it. He told me I should contact whirlpool. Great. He NEVER took took apart the digital panel to look inside. Maybe it was a loose wire? Maybe a bad board? But we’ll never know bc he never opened it. He instead quoted me $600 for parts he ASSUMED that I needed for the problem he guessed I had. Then I mentioned the price of his visit. $69. He said no it’s more than that. I said Excuse me? How much. He said I THINK... I stopped him right there. I was like You THINK? No. I’m paying what I was quoted. He did NOTHING and was going to charge me more than I was quoted?? Even if the woman on the phone misquoted me that is not my fault and I was not paying a single dollar more for the guy that came out and just pushed buttons and guessed what was wrong. I guess I should’ve waited on hold for 30 min for someone...
Read moreI am very disappointed as we had placed an order and paid in full for appliance set since May and have not received our items. We have not received a call from them not once to let us know of delays. I called to inquire one day and felt like oh well, you are not the only one waiting. It should be in by July 27th. No call on status. I called again a few days ago and no one has returned my call. Called today and left another message. Probably will not get a call back.
I asked for the manager previously and he apparently was our salesman, but has not returned our call as to the status of our appliances.
My refrigerator is going out now and do not know what to do. My dishwasher is completely out. I can wash the dishes though, but can’t replace the refrigerator.
I do not know what’s going on, but disappointed in their customer service thus far. No follow up, nothing. Mind you we do not owe them a penny. Paid in cash so there is no delay. I am going to call and ask for owner or officer of company. Not very pleased with this situation!

Unfortunately, while they are extremely pleasant at the time of the sale, their delivery commitments are not reliable. Even when you call to confirm information, that information is also not reliable. What an extreme...
Read moreI called the store and told the salesman exactly what I wanted for my elderly step mom. I told him just a basic dishwasher and told him the one they had on sale on their website. I wanted her to be able to pay with her credit card over the phone and he said that was fine. She called him to make the sale and he was basically trying to upsell her a different one. She got nervous because he told her the one she was getting wasn't that good. I wasn't happy about that. She didn't know what to do. Her dishwasher that broke was 15 plus years old. She only uses it maybe once a week or once ever 2 weeks. The one I chose for her was fine. A few days later she called to finish the sale. She asked if she had to pay by credit card or could she write a check. He told her the delivery guys don't take money but if she TIPPED him he would bring the check to the store when he was done with the install! She was very upset about that and I don't blame her. She lives maybe 3 blocks from the store! The store itself was competitive on prices. The delivery, installation and take away of the old dishwasher was cheaper than anywhere else. The guy that installed it was great. If we had a good salesman it would have...
