If you know anything or anybody about pinball, then you know Trent. I just entered the pinball world last month after playing virtual pinball for several months. My son told me about Pinside and the various barcades in the Columbus area. After many weeks of research and playing different tables I settled on Batman 66- a show I watched religiously when I was a kid.
I looked at many pinball vendors- various prices and (distant) locations. Tilt Amusement was just up the road, and Trent had many tables IN STOCK (at least 100) in his huge barn warehouse. I emailed him and immediately he invited me to a private venue Primus table unboxing, and then a week later to a pinball party hosted by a friend. I purchased/ordered my new (in box!) table, drove out April fools day, and Beau met me with Robert, setting up the table with art blades and a shaker motor. Read moreWorst service ever, waited two weeks to have somebody come out and repair my pinball machine, called on Monday to have the person come out, to find out he can't come until Wednesday, called on Wednesday morning to see when they would be out stating that they won't be out til 10am which was 1 hour and 30 minutes later than what was agreed upon, later got a call stating that he won't be able to come until later, sent a text three hours later to find out that he won't be coming today and doesn't know what time he will be free, called three hours after that and spoke with the owner he tells me that he can't fix my problem and that I should call TNT amusements. Worst customer service ever and I didn't even meet them face to face. And the owners response below just goes to show how much they value you as a customer because I guarantee that I'm not the first person he...

I see a handful of bad reviews, but I can tell that these are people with unrealistic expectations or people that are just angry because their pinball machines are broken. Pinball is a boutique hobby. There are only a handful of distributors / repair people out there with a high level of experience, so they are in demand. Tilt is run by folks that have been in the hobby for decades and they truly seem to care. The longer the wait, the better the tech / distributor. Tilt...
