Received half a cow from Scotland Locker. Beside the ground meat and ribs (haven't cooked any) all other cuts are terrible. My biggest complaint is the steak cuts. Irregular thickness within the package. The steaks and roasts had cuts on the meat itself. Cuts marked as t-bone and ribeye but weren't. Really not sure where they were cut from. Bone shards. The Scotland Locker is one of the best lockers in the state. They have been processing our family farm raised hogs and lifetime grass beef for over 5 years now.
