I ordered a basketball sweatshirt but got a email showing it was a baseball sweatshirt. As soon as I placed my order I got said email. Once I got the email I emailed them to make sure I was getting the correct item. Emailed several times with slow response. Now I have to pay for shipping return. I have no need for a baseball sweatshirt as it’s so hot where I am during baseball season I definitely wouldn’t have ordered that. Customer service is slow and maybe if they would have read my emails sooner than later I would have got the correct item that I ordered. Very disappointed in this as I’m out $25ish. I will not be ordering with them again as they have been zero help making this right. If they change their mind and fix their problem I will delete this and order more items...

Terrible customer service! Placed an order over a month ago and I reached out asking about a shipping update. They responded and said they would get that to me the next day. Never got a shipping update. Had to email again requesting a refund or shipping update. I ordered from this shop several years ago and had a similar experience. I thought I would give them another try because they have super cute clothes, but I absolutely will not ever buy from them again!!...

This small store in this small town has some adorable finds--things you'd never find in larger department stores. They carry women's casual clothing, jewelry, even a few purses and shoes. They do a super job of putting together outfits and accessories. It is also a florist and gift shop so carries cute signs, memorial-type items, and small giftables.
