EXCEPTIONAL This deserves 10 ⭐'s in my opinion! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment of checkout, service was on another level! It felt like we stepped back into a Time when it was fun to shop, everybody here wanted to help us. We originally came in for flowers because all the other stores were so expensive and had terrible customer service.. and we were greeted by the most wonderful people who gave us all kinds of great information on the right flowers and pointed us to the direction of a deal in my opinion, and then we came across Stihl brand lawn products and got a weed wacker at the lowest price I've ever seen, "but wait there's more" after we bought the product, the staff said now "meet us out the front because we're going to give you a demo of the product"!!! DO YOU KNOW THAT THEIR STAFF TOOK THE TIME OUT OF THEIR DAY AND SHOWED US HOW TO OPERATE THE WEED WACKER AND MADE SURE THAT WE HAD ALL OUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED!! I can't tell you how beyond impressed I am right now! IM 100% only going to shop here for my home and garden needs from now on! THANK YOU FOR OFFERING INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO TALKING ABOUT YOU IN MY YOUTUBE VIDEOS AND ALSO RECOMMENDING YOUR LOCATION TO ALL MY FRIENDS...

Showed up to pick up chairs that I wasn’t able to purchase online bc it said temporarily suspended in regards to ship to store. I was o my ordering 6 chairs. I showed the advertisement of chairs for 16.99 online to store clerk whom was very polite and professional. He asked manager if they could honor the price advertised. Manager said no they had to purchase online for that price I then showed store clerk how I was unable to do so. The manager whom was a rude degenerate came up to front, I also showed him how I was unable to purchase when I tried to add in my cart it wouldn’t let me complete he said yeah bc of the cornonavirus. So I said ok well you’ve seen I tried but he then said sorry nope! Can’t honor it! I still bought my chairs bc I needed them but I will nvr shop here again and will tell everyone I know not to either!! Had to give 1 star to leave a review but so not worthy of that. (The store clerk was exceptional tho, good job...

We cannot recommend this store enough. My husband and I went in for a grill and were quickly greeted by one of the associates and she helped us look at several grills, gave us great recommendations, and actually took the time to help us and answer any questions we had. We purchased the grill and had it delivered. The delivery driver was awesome. He took great care unloading the grill, helped us set it up, and showed us how everything works. Everyone from start to finish was so friendly and helpful and you really don't get that type of customer service most place anymore so it was actually refreshing dealing...
