Harry did a good job replacing the string, but terrible experience after that. We paper tuned the bow and when I was home I noticed fletchings hitting the rest. Went back a couple weeks later and he made several comments he wouldn’t have set the rest up like that..he was only one to touch it. He adjusted the rest a second time and we paper tuned again. Before leaving I realized I was shooting a foot left. Noticed rest looked to be moved an inch over. He repeatedly told me he did move the rest left or right, but I could tell it was. When I got home I realized I had a picture of the rest from a few days prior.. this confirmed he moved the rest and confirmed the only reason for me to be shooting so far left. I will be going elsewhere...

This place takes you back 20 years when customer service meant something. The owner Harry is an excellent guy. Extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer questions enthusiastically and without making you feel silly for not knowing some things. He stayed open a few minutes extra this evening for me the day after Thanksgiving and then day before rifle season just to help me with a drop away issue. His brother had just arrived from Florida and he took a few minutes of his family time to get me fixed up. There's nothing that says very top shelf customer service like that. Harry really knows his stuff! Came in to get my Dad's old bow restrung for one last season but totally changed direction. Harry inspected the bow and gave me the honest straight answer. The riser was cracked, and the cost to replace and restring was almost half what just buying a new bow would be, and with the age of the bow I'd be back soon for a new one anyway. Got me setup, and never forced anything on me. Answered all my questions honestly and happily and let me pick his brain while he worked setting me up with my new rig.
