Where to begin, been a customer for 20 years almost, since it was Mike's Country Store, and they used to give me and my family all the days leftovers to feed our dogs, well tonight, I go in for Cigarettes and Cracklins, and see the food is empty, and crackilns empty, except for a ziploc with maybe less than half a pound of regular cracklins, and ask if they plan to throw it or if it's on sale.. (they closed in 25 mins.) Danielle responds "we plan to resale them".. i replied "really?? You resale old food as fresh food?" The other girl then states "they dont go bad!!" Then Danielle begins to catch an attitude says she wants full price!! Do you want them or not!! I say how much for a quarter pound, she rudely replies idk I'll have to weigh it!! I tell her well weigh it, give me a price , and she says what's the attitude for?!? I tell her I'm not at all having the best day, she says Well dont take it out on me!! At that point I had enough, and said, you know what F U !! And Danielle tells me get the F outta here!! I ask to speak to a manager, Then the other counter girl says, I'm calling the police, I told her call them!! Im not leaving till I get my cigarettes...And i waited, and got madder and madder till I just walked out.. Danielle the counter girl has severe personal issues. Anyway, I went to the dollar store got my cigarettes and seen on my way home a cop actually in the parking lot smh..Never again will I go there, nor will my family who's spent more money there than people could even imagine.. Tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with the owners, you dont treat customers like that...Nor sale old food, and stale drinks, BBB will hear...

Menard's Cajun Grocery is a small mom and pop store in Duson, Louisiana. To start off, this place has the best boudin I have ever ate!!! They offer other foods on their menu such as crawfish balls, shrimp balls, crab balls, fried chicken, meat pies, onion rings and much more! They even have a small meat market area with a variety of meats to take home and cook. Although their parking is open gravel, there is plenty of area to park. Since the store is located at a busy corner intersection, its means of egress is very accessible. I highly recommend this place for...

I went today to get 2 hamburger steak plate lunches and 3 pistolets crab shrimp and crawfish! I’m so glad I went cause EVERYTHING was delicious! U just got a new customer and will definitely be going back to try more food! Very well seasoned!! Great job!! My dad used to go ALL the time and he said everytime he walked in he saw mr don stirring the pots! This was a long time ago! He would brag about mr don and mrs Bonnie and how good...
