Please do not go to this jeweler. He is dishonest and unprofessional.

My fiancé spent $1500 for a custom made ring that I’ve only worn twice (and I’ve been engaged for 4 months now). I’ve only worn this ring twice because it is in such bad shape. There is a laundry list of issues with the ring: the stones are loose, there is porosity in the gold, the shank is uneven, and one of the sapphires is set upside down. I found out about the ring’s flaws after going to another jeweler to have the ring shaved evenly after Andersen resized my ring and left the shank uneven. I don’t usually post negative reviews on google, but I felt that it was my duty to warn other people about Andersen Jewelry design. It is disheartening to be engaged for four months and not be able to wear your engagement ring. For the $1500 my fiancé spent, I expected a ring that would last a lifetime. Unfortunately, we lost $1500 and we will need to have the ring completely remade due to Andersen’s poor craftsmanship.

Had a custom ring made for my fiancee here. We designed it together and it came out as imagined, and looked great. However, after another jeweler had taken a quick look at it for other reasons, a number of flaws we're discovered. Corners were crooked, porosity was evident in the shank, and he failed to secure the diamond adequately, to the point it can be shaken with a fingernail. Returning to Alan provided no results, as he said all the other Jewelers in town are out to get him, and accused my fiancee of having weird fingers after he sized her finger and it didn't fit (which led us to see another jeweler). There is a lot of really beautiful work inside that store and online, but what I received was nowhere near the quality I saw elsewhere in the store.
