Northeast Alabama Community College — Local services in Scottsboro

I am writing this because I believe it would be morally wrong not to do so. Dean Gorham is perhaps the most professional and absolutely inspirational individual I have met in any college (and Ive been to a few). I had almost written a bad review due to some communication issues with some staff, however, Dean Gorham, in the spirit of complete humility and kindness, helped me with such a sense of urgency and completness that I would recommend this college on this account alone. This college is a complete and total disgrace to the education system in our country. I was denied pell grant here in 2023 because I had to drop out of school back in 2011 due to financial issues. This college was started and instituted by a racist governor who stood against civil rights. They should put a plaque about that in the "George Wallace Building." One of my professors was an alcoholic. Another professor had 'life issues.' I highly DO NOT recommend this...
