Posted from my Yelp: It has been my responsibility to coordinate with maintenance, painters, cleaners and Magic Touch Carpet Repair since my real estate management company failed to comply with their own move in agreement but permitted me to schedule with said people.
At first the communication seemed ideal and like they were adamant about completing the job in a timely fashion. I have text multiple times asking when they're coming to clean and I receive vague answers. Whoever is texting me makes it seem like this job is a burden. As of now, there is still no word as to when they'll arrive.
I hope when they do come they do a high quality job because this may be in the "busiest time of the year" for them but this situation wasn't my fault in the first place. I just want to unpack my belongings and be settled. I've been living out of boxes and bins for three months knowing I couldn't lift anything with my surgeries. I was so excited to move to this rental and make it my home but it really has been a stressful transition. I am recovering from back to back surgeries so it takes me a lot longer to do anything. I'm tired of sleeping on my couch because I don't want to set up my furniture and carpet not get cleaned well. I would like them to clean all the carpets appropriately so I can final settle in, please. Thank you.

Update 7:30pm same day: The older owner, Mark is not great at communicating, however his son, Ryan is. Ryan called me a little while ago and said he would be here tomorrow to get the carpets cleaned. Thank you!!

11/18 update: It is 11am and Ryan was right on time. He went over everything he would do, troubleshot the best place for water hook up, and did a walk through with me. He’s cleaning now and I can’t wait to see (and smell) the results! Ryan is very kind and great communication skills! Definitely recommend working with Ryan! Thank you!

Perfect fit! No crates, a "pack" situation to help with his socialization, kind and loving staff to treat him with love and kindness! When I picked him up 11 days later, he was happy and exhausted! Read moreI'm trying to sell my house but I had ripples in the family room. I searched several sites on the computer before selecting Magic Touch. I was not disappointed, They were in and out in about 1 hour.
The only negative I have is that they were apparently running 30 minutes late and a courteous call would have been nice. When I was in business if I was going to be more than 15 minutes late I would always call and let my client know what time I was going to be there. Hardly anyone does that today...
