Food Lion — Local services in Scottsville

At one point, I had given 5 stars. Now I will say that the last couple times, my experience with the cashiers has not been the most exciting.

The impatience expressed by the cashiers [female] has definitely shown and I wonder just how are they with other disabled customers as well.

There comes a point in time where perhaps a refresher course might help on the dynamics of expressions of frustration and downright obvious exacerbation with customers and how NOT to express this so the customer sees/feels it.

For me, I am not a fan of ANY Employee who shows this type of behavior.

Pulled over here after hours and hours of driving. Felt way to tired too drive safely anymore. Went out of my way to ask if I could park for the night. Multiple managers said it was completely fine. Got woken up by the police about "a call from the store". I will be following up to my best ability to make sure someone is held responsible for this. It is EXTREMELY dangerous to tell someone who is unsafe to drive they can sleep and then make them wake up and drive. Whatever manager called either doesn't communicate with the staff or did this with malice intent and I will do everything I possibly can to make sure they are held...

I really love Food Lion. They always have what you want unlike Walmart 🥚🥓🧀. But the price is even with the MVP. Are way too high they should have prices like Walmart or IGA. It’s absolutely ridiculous up charging 300% oughta be against the law for anybody. But when that’s the only store that has what you need we have to pay for it and they know it. On the good side it is a very clean store. They keep good stock and have what I need. The employees need to work on their happiness lol because they seem like they really don’t...
