Went to do the krampus thing last night. Went last year, wasn't all that great, but decided to give it a second chance. What a disaster, and a huge disappointment. We also go every year for Halloween, no problems there. First off, we purchased Fast passes, which cost us over eighty dollars together. Get there at 7. Go to check in, their scanner is broken..?? Imagine that. She hands us a ticket with a number (21) written on it . We didn't think much of it. Went in had some hot chocolate, took a couple of pictures. It's now 7:45 and 40°. We go to get in line and the ticket taker said she was on numbers 3 and 4!!!! đđ ummmmm..wtf. At this point we were freezing and not willing to wait God knows how long, since according to the time, it took 45 min to get to number 5 and 6 we heard them call as we were leaving. We didn't even go through the trail. We live an hr away. Got there at 7 and didn't get home until 9. Had we stayed we would have been Popsicles and possibly not making it home until 11 or so. So my question is WHY EXACTLY DID WE BUY THE FAST PASS?!?!? A waste of time, gas, and money. Also cell service is hit or miss, and they want you to pay with cash app, cash or zell???!! Wth is that!....We more than likely will not be back for either Halloween or Christmas! Happy Holidays! đ
Edit: Since the owner wants to reply and be rude and call me a liar. As he has done to many who dont necessarily enjoy his place! Well, Mr. Owner I can send u the screen shot from cash app where we payed 6$ for hot chocolate, from your stand!! And again you're wrong you're third party vendor took cash and all credit cards. We got some donoughts. We've absolutely been here before. How the hell are we suppose to know the rules to admission if your ticket worker didn't even, who mind you, looked directly at our tickets since YOUR scanner was broke. If you start running groups at 730 that should also be know. Or for you I guess we're suppose to assume this. You're establishment mishandled my tickets, it's not my responsibility to run around and make sure I have the correct ticket. There were two burn barrels with people all around them. You can't honestly say this keeps 50 or so people warm. Sorry you have to be so rude and attack people for telling THEIR truth. Learn to be a little more humble. And stop calling all your negative reviewers LIERS!! I hope you have a wonderful and...

Spooky Bottom Haunted Trail gave us one of the most thrilling and unforgettable nights of the season. The energy stayed high from start to finish, and the trail offered something truly unique compared to other haunts. With its dark atmosphere, original scares, and strong physical interaction, this one stood out in all the right ways. Hereâs what we thought:
Cast/Actors: 10/10 The actors were incredible and full of energy. Every performer stayed in character and made sure to interact with us at every turn. The use of physical contact was done perfectly, keeping things scary but still respectful.
Costumes: 9/10 Many of the costumes were frightening and well-matched to their scenes. While a few relied more on makeup than full outfits, each design still helped build the creepy atmosphere and made the scares more intense.
Customer Service/Organization: 10/10 Customer service was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly, respectful, and clearly passionate about what they do.
Decorations/Sets: 8/10 The sets had a raw, original feel that fit the theme perfectly. Unlike many haunts that rely on animatronics, this one focused on realistic sets and darkness to create fear. Some areas could have used more scenery, but the simplicity worked to its advantage.
Entertainment: 10/10 The midway was amazing. From gel blaster fights to a DJ, photo ops, and more, there was plenty to enjoy before and after the trail. It felt like a full event rather than just a haunted attraction.
Scare Score: 9.5/10 The scares were intense and constant. Actors grabbed, touched, and even lifted us in moments that felt completely unpredictable. Some scares relied more on shock than fear, but overall, it was an unforgettable experience that had us running.
Walk-through Time: 35 minutes
Overall: 9.5/10 Spooky Bottom Haunted Trail delivered one of the best experiences of the season. From the staff to the scares, everything felt passionate and full of life. Itâs a must-see haunt for thrill seekers looking for something truly hands-on...

When we got in line to enter the trail the staff lady went over the rules and said âwe donât touch the actors and they donât touch usâ as we began the trail me and my boyfriend were in the back of the group. we were enjoying the sceneryâs until we got to a ramp to go in the wooden building were was a actor standing and everyone was walking past him until the actor pin pointed with his finger at my boyfriend and as we were all walking through I walked by the actor and when my boyfriend was trying to do the same the actor wasnât letting him pass by so he cornered my boyfriend then put him in the refrigerator and mind you by then our group kept walking thinking we were all together so once he put him in there he shifted it so my boyfriend wouldnât get out and then trying to get me to keep going with the trail. I told him that I wasnât going nowhere until he let my boyfriend out by then another actor came in the scene try to scare me with the chain saws and had the nerve to put it near my neck by then I didnât find this professional, when the actors told me to walk I did but not far from the scene I had stopped and told the 2nd actor that I wasnât going anywhere until I seen my boyfriend next to me so i waited 5 mins until they let my boyfriend out with a broken chain since the actor was trying put his hand around my boyfriend neck. Once the actor seen he broke my boyfriend chain he stop and told my boyfriend to get all his belongings and to keep walking And not once did we place our hands on them for the actor to do that to me and my boyfriend. That ruined the whole experience, we were just in disbelief. We will never be going back again we felt racially profiled by that one...
