The Retreat at Sealy — Local services in Sealy

The place is very beautiful! But I started by paying 1,200 to playing almost 1,400(for a one bedroom). The people from the office are always so hard to get in contact with . I get a monthly email saying how much I’m going to owe but they always add more money to it when I go on the app. And when I try to get in contact with someone no one answers. I’ve had more than two experiences where they charge more than what I’m being told it’s going to be! And I believe that is truly unfair because why send someone an email saying how much the bill is going to be then charge more on the 1st of each month? Even if it’s 16-20 dollars more it adds up, I’m trying to save and calculate my money and theirs always some issues going on !! I’m not even home at the moment and I’m still getting charged for water and I’m not even there . I’m getting charged for maintenance but theirs always a lot of ants in my apartment even after I had the maintenance guy come.! Honestly it’s a really nice apartment but overall not...

I’ve lived here going on three years now, and I couldn’t be happier! The complex is always well-kept and looks great—clean, landscaped, and well-maintained. From day one, the team has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Norma and Cynthia are always so kind and happy to assist, making sure any issues are taken care of quickly. The maintenance team is fantastic—super responsive and always professional.
