First of all the store is nice and clean with interesting vendor booths. However, I don't think I want to shop there anymore. They have signs up everywhere with "don't" and "not". As an adult, I found this rediculous. I don't need a sign to tell me that if I break something that I have to pay for it. Common sense tells me that. Also, it seemed as if employees were constantly running around scoping shoppers out... that was creepy. My family had nothing to hide, we weren't in there to steal, we were in there to shop. I got the impression that they may see their customers as criminals needing constant surveillance, rather than sane customers looking for a bargain. I thought the staff was rude. They seemed to be uptight and tense. Maybe if they spent less time printing out signs, and more time welcoming customers, it would be a more comfortable shopping experience. We shop at a lot of flea markets, and have felt welcome in all.... except Freeway Emporium. I don't recommend shopping there unless you want to feel like a criminal for shopping! I always find something I want to bring home whether the budget allows for it or not. The only thing I don't care for is the sense that the staff gives off the feeling that everyone is out to steal from them and that they are always watching you like hawks. Don't get me wrong - they are friendly and eager to help. While I understand their reasoning, it does leave me with a feeling of distrust. Still, I make monthly trips and visit some of my favorite booths to see what they've brought in. I definitely have some favorites and am sad when any of those vendors no longer rent space there. I have infected my kids as well to the point they will ask me on a rainy day if we can go to Freeway Emporium. More often than not, we load up...

Definately a place to visit and spend a little time in search of the perfect gift, furniture for the home or office, and possibly find this a place where you would like to become a vendor and join us in creating the perfect place for all ages to shop. . Highly...
