Treasures & Trash Barn — Local services in Searsport

I mean look, the name says it all. This is a barn filled to the brim with trash and treasures, but mainly trash(at least to me). There is so much stuff in this location, it is literally overflowing out of the door. The inside is a regular Collier's mansion! There are aisles and aisles of stuff, so closely packed together that you can barely make it down them. And towards the back of the barn, the ceiling gets so low that I needed to crouch and almost crawl. This is a mixed review, there is a plethora of awesome stuff at this place, don’t get me wrong, however, when you see simple items such as bowling balls with chips in them, and old VHS cameras, priced at $18, and $25 respectively, my first instinct is that negotiating or haggling probably wouldn’t do me much good. I would expect to see lot of the smaller items here priced at four or five dollars tops, so when I see a $25 dollar price tag on such an item, I’m not inclined to make an offer at all. Delightful stop! We were looking for an authentic buoy, because they are really cool. The owner of this place was awesome. Talked with me about what lobster buoys are all about and what the colors and numbers mean. We found exactly what we were looking for and then some.
