These guys were amazing! I called them this afternoon when I realized my furnace wasn’t working and they worked me in and were here within an hour! Not only did the first guy show up quickly, but another guy came to help, and their boss even stopped by to check in! Beyond excellent customer service and it is obvious that they truly care about people because it is getting quite cold out and it is just before the holiday and they made time for my family! The gentlemen that were here were super nice, professional, and informative! Not only did they work us in and provide excellent service but their safety was impressive too. They discovered my ancient furnace was putting off a TON of carbon monoxide so they shut it down and offered to bring heaters over for us tonight until they could get in here tomorrow. While it’s a huge burden to have to do repairs and replacements, it actually ended up being a blessing in disguise with their carbon monoxide discovery. Thank you so much for all your help! Our sewer line backed up into the basement and was getting worse. Everything I tried was no use. Called Home heating and Air Conditioning and they were able to send someone out the same day. They showed up less than an hour after call and got right to work. Discovered I had some very old plumbing and they were able to diagnose problem for me quickly and efficiently.

Things got worse and I contacted them again the next day. Again they sent someone out right away. After some planning, they were able to completely replace the damaged section of drainage under my basement floor and had everything draining better than it had since we got the house!!

They were professional and considerate, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The entire job was done in half a day for way less than the original estimate. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! They have again earned my business.

This company was very responsive to our Sunday night late night internet onquiry / request for a bid as our AC unit went out. A representative called first and arrived early Monday morning. A purchasing decision was made following great discussion about various options, system ratings, etc. Not only was a portable AC unit brought over the same day so we could sleep comfortably that Monday night, our new AC unit was installed, up and running on Tuesday morning by 11:15 am. These folks offer a handshake, do what they say they are going to do and communicate every step of the way. We had interaction with 4 representatives of the company, the project manager, a technician who delivered and set up the portable unit, and the two installation technicians.
