Gee's Bend is a treasure. Highly recommend. Mrs. Mary Anne Pettway and China Pettway are jewels. They were welcoming and informative. I felt like I was welcomed into their home. They both shared stories about their personal histories and their love of quilting. Visit them and get to know them. The quilts are beautiful and well worth the price tag. Average priced quilts and wall hangings are $350-$500 with more expensive quilts being $1000-$3000. The quilts are treasures.
