Mark's Mart Selma — Local services in Selma

Nice little store and the older gentleman at the register is always awesome but they have terrible business practice. I sold my pudding at both their Selma and Tuscaloosa locations one holiday season and they couldn't keep it on the shelves. Imagine my surprise when they suddenly stopped ordering after asking me to be sure my ingredients were on the label. Imagine how much more surprised I was to find that they attempted to replicate my dessert and created their own label for it. However, their presentation is bad. The pudding they sell looks disgusting. Mine looked and tasted great. Can't help assuming I'm the only vendor they would have done that to. 🤷 wonder why?

I don't have any questions that differ from the ones I asked prior to having my pudding stocked, meaning it met all the necessary requirements, per the store's manager and your approval. But business is business whether it is...

They shipped my favorite seasoning to Houston, y'all!

I purchased "some type of amazing seasoning" several years ago and after finding Mark's Mart on Google Maps, Benjamin made my day. I was unsure of which seasoning I purchased and didn't want to order the wrong one. So Benjamin offered his recommendation for what he believed I purchased... And sure enough, as soon as he sent me a picture to confirm what I was about to buy, it was it!!!

Our favorite meats shop, from fish, chicken to steaks. Haven’t tried their pork chops yet but they too look delicious. Our favorite is the delicious salmon swirls with the chicken swirls a close 2nd. Not to mention their delicious pies and banana pudding. Definitely a little gem that covers all your grilling needs. Twice baked potatoes are delicious and can even pick up a bottle of wine while you’re there. Great little place. Worth a try for great meats but must warn you, you won’t want to go anywhere else...
