Express Rx of Seminary — Local services in Seminary

I previously rated this pharmacy five stars when it was Cranford's Drugstore. However, since the change to Express RX of Seminary, I can only give it four stars, and that's being generous. Significant changes have occurred, including a revolving door of staff, many of whom lack the friendliness and knowledge of their predecessors. I miss the personal touch and efficiency of Cranford's. Currently, items are frequently misplaced, unavailable, or lost. Moreover, orders are often not ready on time, which is unacceptable. I hope the new management will address these issues to restore the excellent service this pharmacy...
