If you love puerto rican food, then look no further because this place is as authentic as they come.

The food, the flavors, the vibrancy of the colors, this was a trip back in time for me. From the first bite, I was transported back to the kitchen with my theo and my abuela. The fragrance of remembrance was so touching to my soul. Hearing the salsa music playing over the loud speaker in the background had me dancing like the old days.

It has been a long time since I have had alcapurrias, and what a great experience to taste that familiar flavor of the Masa and the Yuka and the pestnil with the quetto the pork was so tender I felt like I was back at home as a child enjoying a meal with family.

This little corner shop with the charm of a giant culture is by far one of the best places to eat authentic Puerto rican food.

My Fiance and I went in for our wedding tasting with Luis this past weekend. I want to start by saying Luis is the nicest guy in the world! He was extremely accomodating and responsive leading up to us coming in. When we got to the restaurant, his workers were all very friendly and made us feel right at home. Now for the fun part; we had a very intense wedding menu and Luis was able to accomodate to all of it! I can honestly say that this is one of, if not the absolute best meal I have ever had in my entire life. You can tell Luis has a genuine love for cooking and serving people. He wasn't just our chef, I know that this may sound corny but all of the food was really made with purpose! I want to highlight that his Tres Leches homemade cake is TO DIE FOR, and his homemade Guava BBQ sauce is the best BBQ sauce I've had in my enitre life!
