Movie delayed 12 minutes; theater was uncomfortably warm. Spoke to employee he adjusted the temperature, but it remained warm. My wife and I were the only ones in there. Had the theater been full of patrons it would have been extremely warm. Spoke to the manager (Todd Trice) after the movie, regarding the above, he stated they were having a problem with their automated system and it had been like that for a while. I asked how long he would only say awhile. I asked what are you doing to fix it, and I reiterated the issue with the air-conditioning (by the way he took me to where the thermostats were and they were reading 79 degrees, he lowered them to 76 degrees. He could not give me a skilled educated answer, but instead said I could contact the owner but he refused to give me the owners name and contact information. Mr. Trice told me he was trying to be diplomatic but ONLY offered excuses and asked me to leave, so I did without incident. Mr. Trice is manager in name only and lacks the training and skills to truly manage, or the problems stated above would not have been going on "for a while" as he stated and the concerns of the patrons would be first and foremost for the reputation of...

I would have given them 1 star, but they have nice attitudes & the new look in the viewing rooms are ok, but the main thing people look for when they go out to see a movie is the prices, they're expensive for snacks & drinks, i remember when the old prices were a little cheaper (not to cheap), but now you can't hardly buy much for 2 people without spending a lot, but other then the prices.. It's not the biggest or the best theater, it's a small two screen only movie house. However it's a theater that should be in every town. The line for tickets always moves fast and the employees are gracious and helpful. You can't beat their $4 ticket Tuesdays even offered for the latest blockbusters and the seating, lighting and audio/visuals have been recently upgraded for a really nice quality movie experience.
