So after receiving two rings from my wife's grandmother at Christmas time, which was an 8 emerald and diamond ring my wife wanted it put back into the original setting. At first I went to Turner's jewelers in Seneca to have it done. 3 weeks later the ring wasn't touched and angrily picked it up from them and took it to Bradley's. Bradley himself was there and we looked at the two settings let me borrow his magnifying glasses and explained how difficult it would be to correct being the stone were cut from the prongs to remove the stones rather than using a prong puller.... When I saw what he was referring to I was like WOW... Why in the world they would cut and shear the tops of the prongs off just to remove the stones was a mystery to me. However after about 2 1/2 weeks on Valentine's day I was told my wife's ring was ready to be picked up. When he showed me the ring I was blown away. The time and Patience and focus it must have taken to undergo this is a time old testament that you get what you pay for. If you need a repair I highly recommend this place...

Bradley’s Jewelers really saved the day for my engagement ring. Only a month or so into my engagement, I broke my ring finger, and the injury caused my knuckle to swell (and remain) about a full size bigger than it was originally.

We hoped my knuckle would go back to it’s original size after healing, but after a few months of no progress, we decided to contact Bradley and get his opinion on whether I should resize the ring. He and his team were very communicative, kind, and understanding. They encouraged me to come in so he could view my finger and ring in person and give the best recommendation, and they generously accommodated our schedule.
