The store Manager is awful, she does nothing to help the store run. Watching her employees sink almost like she enjoys it. She is terrible with customers, and definitely gets excited when she tells customers no. Smiles in their face and doesn't even listen to what is being said just starts getting into defense immediately and will say don't come back. I thought Weigels was convenient and reliable but this store has turned to chaos and in need of cleaning nit just pretend sweeping and pretend stocking to avoid the registers. The coffee lids are so cheap they start melting when trying to place them on the cup no wonder they are mostly out of lids, one day they put put regular cheap flimsy fountain lids that didn't even have the tab to pull back to sip nothing but a hole for your straw in hot coffee...This place needs some serious help! Can yall please hire management that actually can do their job. I'm also sick of the excuse nobody wants to work, just pay them a liveable wage maybe they'll do a good job and care, or stop hiring management that belittles their employees leaves them to sink and be embarrassed they are the only ones ringing people up. It almost looks like a punishment for...
Read moreThis is my favorite gas station in town. I stop here twice a week in the mornings before class to get gas and a piece of the PHENOMENAL breakfast pizza they sell (As long as there's not too much seasoning added which happens sometimes.. I'm picky lol) ANYWAY, I am especially writing this review to commend some of the employees who work here. I stopped in yesterday to get gas on my way to work, but I had an issue with my card that I had to run outside and straighten out. The employee at the counter didn't know that my dog was waiting in the car, and that I was extremely late to work, and very tight on money. But because I waited in that long line twice, he decided to buy my gas as a kind gesture. I hope he doesn't get in trouble for this, as I'm sure it's not something that happens often. But it just goes to show that there are really good people out there, and they work here. Every time I go here I am greeted by the friendliest and kindest employees that I've come into contact with in Sevier County. You guys are doing great! I'm especially glad to see young men who are so polite and kind, as there are so many who aren't like this. ...
Read moreThis Weigels has gone downhill recently within the past month. I always for the past few years and have gone here every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and have gotten a constantly gotten a chicken sandwich, a corn dog, and $20 of gasoline for my Toyota Tacoma. But recently I have been coming here less and less. Reason being they have started frying their corn dogs!!!! I am unable to have oily foods do to health issues outside of my control and this is very disappointing. I also noticed they have been adding pickles to their chicken sandwiches now.... I hate pickles!!! One day I was asking a cashier why they didnt make these the way they used to and explained my health issues and she said its company policy and my health problems didnt matter and they could not make them any other way. So I asked for the manager because that felt a little rude and she I was talking to the manager! Well Ms/Mrs Allison(?)(maybe Allysin?) I will be giving my business to different gas stations that are not so rude from now on, no more Weigels. Also the gas pumps are pumping slower? Maybe that one is just how I'm pumping my gas...
