From answering the phone to installing a new battery in my Craftsman rider at my home everyone was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t get the dead battery out of the mower and when I explained the issue to Dale, the service manager, he said he would come right out to my house. I was able to pay for a new battery over the phone with Lisa and had no problems. Dale replaced the old battery with a new one and he started the mower to make sure that was the problem. By this time they have had my name, address, phone #, and credit card # for a week. I once again gave them my phone # and had told them 3 times during our conversation to CALL me when the parts came in. They managed to collect payment from my credit card but to this day ( 14 months later) I HAVE NOT received a call or any form of contact from this company.
