I love going to the Jackson 100& the Icebreaker, but every single year I have to try to search for a very long time just to try to get tickets for the 50/50 raffle, tonight I didn't, did not get tickets bc I didn't. I was upset about this bc everyone should have the opportunity to purchase them, and between my friends and I we do spend a considerable amount bc we each buy many tickets, as we do this at any of the races, like Eldora Speedway. I'm wondering why a table, booth or trailer isn't set up for patrons to go to when when they don't see the sales ppl walking around?    Read morePork producers and cattlemen association food court ribeye sandwich and baked potato were so delicious! Don't let the long line discourage, they serve a lot of people and quick! Hubby and I enjoyed the exhibit buildings, seeing all the beautiful farm animals, and my fav seeing the classic tractors. Larry the owner of Canadian made tractor Cockshutt made in 1950s, was very kind to take the time to tell us about it. I'd never seen one before today so I was curious enough to ask, glad I did.    Read moreThe greatest fair in Southern Indiana. From the time I was a kid and my father taking us there. I have always loved this fair. Great people, great rides. Ride during the day and at night. My local fair is a poor excuse for a fair. We have taken our kids here every year, and will continue to take our kids here until they are too big for us to take. Just as stated before, on the busiest of days this place is still just as pleasant as the days when the foot traffic is low.
