My first red flag should have been the utter disrespect on new years eve when the owner of the company blamed ME for having an issue with a temporary fix to a HUGE problem (power to our well/pressure tank after a barn fire severed our power supply). Took two weeks to get the company to come back out to begin the work to restore power, i lived for 8 days with their generator running power to our well/pressure tank with animals and a new born infant at home. When they finally came out to complete the service, Dan, the company owner and one other tech, asked for permission to enter our home to access the electrical panel in the basement. I agreed. He decided this invitation also allowed him to eat his lunch on my couch in my living room without so much as taking his boots off. It gets better! we had a cleaning and restoration company in our home cleaning due to smoke damage, and Dan began trying to engage the cleaners in conversation regarding what idiots we were and how reckless and careless and at fault we were for everything that happened. My fiance was in the other room (unknown by him) and when confronted about such heinous remarks, he had the audacity to back her into a corner and make her feel horribly uncomfortable and down right scared. Never have we EVER had this sort of experience with a company in our lives. I would never EVER recommend this...

He was courteous and it was refreshing to speak to someone with years of experience, that kind of knowledge and service is priceless when looking to resolve urgent issues.
