The prices for unbagged garbage is way too high (there are no scales so they use a la carte prices that might be appropriate for a a large haul but not for a few pounds of large items in a hatchback), but the reason I'm giving this facility 1 star is because of how rude the woman working on Saturday 3/26 was. Shirl is the lady that works there and I found her to be very friendly and helpful.

She even explained that some things (cardboard) are recycled for free, where other items (trash) are not. The county sets the rates, Shirl just follows the rules.

I spent maybe 5 minutes emptying my truck and another 10 talking to Shirl....
