These gentleman that work at the Shallowater location are amazing! I didn’t need help with their normal services but had a flat tire and knew I could not make it to Lubbock so stopped to ask for them to air it up and these gentlemen notice the tire was too bad to patch and said it would blowout so they took time and helped me by purchasing a tire and repairing! I thank God for each of these men that went above and beyond their job description to help a lady with no spare tire, because the car didn’t come with one! Also, thankful for the young lady at the front desk who checked on me while I waited! This business is blessed to have such valuable employees that go above and beyond the call of duty!!!
