1st Paragraph Good Stuff about them 2nd Paragraph. Misinformed about bees and bee damage, wanting to know if anyone was misinformed as well.

I loved the service we got and the playset is a very sturdy and modular set which is a great selling point. Really better than most out there and their staff is easy to work with and the installers work with you as well. I know because after they put most of it together I told them it wasn't quite facing the direction I wanted and they toughened up and moved it best they could.

When we were at their property asking about the playsets they had told us we wouldn't have to worry about bees. They said with the dense wood and stain applied bees wouldn't be a problem. They also said that non of their playsets on property were treated either and as you can see no bees... To others out there this may have been a red flag, but to a someone who doesn't know much about carpenter bees and woods this was just a great fact to hear. This was a great selling point that we used to convince ourselves to go with a woodplayset. The only issue was the next year we had bees digging into the playset from all different points and one successful hole. When I called in I was told that they DO treat their playsets on property because of bees even though I was told they don't. They would NEVER tell a customer that bees are not an issue. Had I known I would have just treated the playset with the house, but that point in time is past now and my playset has scary bees around it and one bee home. I explained I was mislead on this and asked if they would cover any costs (any concerning damages and treatments) this year, and with this knowledge I could treat it any subsequent years and this request was denied. It was aggravating to hear as it was just my word vs theirs, but a hard truth that I would have to just toughen up on this one. We absolutely love the play set we bought from Bennett’s. We purchased the Discovery Satellite, and built it ourselves. The kids don’t want to go inside anymore which is great because my house stays clean longer. Haha

We only had one small issue with the shockwave slide that Bennett’s was able to address and fix super quickly. I wasn’t even home when Andy came to swap out the slide. Even though we installed it ourselves, they did this for us. I love the quality of the play set, and the professionalism of every single person that helped us choose the right one. Also, When I spoke with Justin on the phone to address the slide, he went outside to take himself , as a grown man, down the Sonic Straight Slide to see if it would be a better fit for us. And it was. Thanks again for doing that :)
