Great workouts, fun vibe and a wonderful feeling of community. Best part - the camps are ONLY 45mins long. It’s like the best and the most effective use of 45mins! There’s a new protocol each day which makes workouts interesting and fun.
Trainers are amazing and they help you mod up or down depending on where you are on your fitness journey. They monitor your form no matter which station you are at. Focus meetings help you stay on track and allow that 1-on-1 time to discuss your goals with the trainers - be it nutrition, running your first 5K or marathon or doing that 1st push up. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. And the floating floor makes exercising incredibly easier on the joints.
Huge shout out to Lynae for bringing her inspiring energy each day and for that constant encouragement. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and seeing what you are capable of makes her a great trainer !

Read moreWhen I first started at Burn almost a year ago, the workouts were super tough for me but regardless, I kept coming. I knew I’d be challenged here, which is what I wanted and needed. Despite the initial mental and physical struggle of starting to work out again, I’m so glad I kept showing for myself. The trainers and members have been able to see my strength and power within me, even when I’ve had difficulty seeing it for myself. Not only have I gotten physically stronger, but mentally too, as I’ve done things I never thought possible (i.e. get through one camp, let alone over 100!) In reflecting on my time at Burn, it is clear that everyone here is invested in us becoming stronger and the best version of ourselves, as they all continue to be inspiring, encouraging, and supportive. I happen to have another wonderful membership that allows me to roll out of bed, turn on a screen, then hop on a bike, or even do a mat exercise. All in the comfort of my own home! Well after the 4 weeks was up at Burn, I became a member. Why? It turned out to be a combination of the trainers, the varied exercises, the simple yet so effective equipment, and strangely (for a bit of an introvert) the community and the energy! All this was lacking from those bedroom workouts. Burn is awesome. You might not know what you are going to walk into, but the class goes by quick and you will feel so good.
