issue with this place isn’t in regards to their meat, it’s in regards to their service. I came in a picked up almost $200 in meat. From jerky, dried sausage, to waygu steaks. When I got home & dove into the dried sausage it was the worst batch I have ever had. It was like the meat was hollow & had been over dried. After reaching out to them with no response multiple times I’ve decided I won’t be returning. If someone can go in there & spend money like that without them upholding their promise to provide a quality product than I don’t want anything to do with them. My favorite place to get meats; I love this small business! You can get good meat at lots of stores in San Antonio, but if you want some of the best beef and pork ANYWHERE, check out this spot. It's a small family run business that always has Prime Beef and American Wagyu. Even their Choice graded beef is more like Prime at any other place. They also have sides of stuffed jalapeños, bacon wrapped asparagus, preseasoned chicken, and house made sausage. They have a small selection of produce, so if you don't have too much on your list, you can get everything you need for dinner here. Don't sleep on their special order turkeys and rib roasts...
