The Hill Ministries — Local services in Shawnee

This place is such a shame! I happened to look up events for the day and this church event had popped up so I decided to take my daughter.

I arrived there just as the DJ introduced a video of a man and woman singing a R&B/Hip-Hop lip sync battle of Christmas Melodies.

The gentleman in the video had sprayed his face and skin brown and was basically in black face.

They let the video play and as I looked around, and saw maybe 3 minorities out of 100 people, no one even looked disgusted, and yet were laughing at the content. After the video, the DJ even said something akin to “Thanks Snoop [Dogg].”

The hill ministries is the best church in kansas city area and very friendly with kids and adults. When to The Hill with my cousin and loved it so much that i always want to go back.
