My wife and I bought a boot for our 1965 Corvair convertible 2 years ago. Due to the cheap snap design, every time we unsnapped a snap it would break off. We communicated with customer service and we returned the boot and were given a new one. In November 2024 we communicated again to the customer service regarding again the snap issue. We were told over the snaps that are being used still have issues. We contacted them in February 2025 again and were advised the snap issue was still not fixed and to not send out boot in until the issue is fixed. In April 2025 we reached out again and were told that they had some samples of new snaps and it looked promising for the future but they were still not ready to replace the snaps on our boot. On May 16th we reached out again and was once again told that the snap design was still not tested. Does it really take 2 years to fix this issue?
Now it’s car show season and I am still dealing with this.
I don’t recommend buying a boot or other products from this company. By the looks of things they sell cheaply made items and take forever to take care of...

Literally called over 100 times over the course of 3 days always getting a busy signal , until I FINALLY reached someone , just to be told the tech was on lunch for the next hour and 15 minutes and no call back was available. Try your luck next time basically…
