Good service: You are greeted and then left alone to shop or assisted depending on YOUR needs. Never been lied to either. If they do not know then they will tell you they do not know, and will go ask other employees and on occasion regular customers for the information.

Patient & Respectful: I have a service dog, and I move slow. I talk to my dog so he can hear if I slur (they don't know that) yet they have had patience with me, made me feel safe, and never made me feel embarrassed at their store.

Quality items: At first glance they may seem a little over priced. With that out of the way. The items I have purchase are still usable or wearable or in any case exceeds it's intended purpose. The sweat shirt for example that was purchased for me 4 years ago, never shrank, never sagged in the neck, elastic is still great despite being worn every fall-spring and even some cooler summer nights. The items I have gotten from there are usually the ones I hope are clean, and root through the closet for first.

Absolute great place. This is a hardware store, a high-end, high-quality outdoor clothing provider, they have an indoor archery range in a gun shop. One of the biggest things we use them for is corrugated pipe and fittings. They have very unique ones and they tend to be very well-stocked. Every time I go there to get some pipes I end up buying some Carhart products, LOL

The staff is extremely friendly and has the small town feel store. Prices are very reasonable and you can catch the sale bins at different times throughout the year and find some really good deals especially on oddball sizes.

This establishment poses significant safety concerns, as it feels like a fire hazard. The inventory is overwhelming and chaotic, resembling a collection assembled by someone with a shopping addiction. Items range from a single screw to a bed, and even a yeti and underwear, all displayed without any discernible order.

The cleanliness of the store is also quite lacking. Upon noticing a bug on a shelf, I decided to leave without touching anything further. I recognize that this is a family-owned business with great potential to be a wonderful store. However, it urgently needs to be thoroughly cleaned, organized, and revitalized to improve the overall shopping experience.
