This is our second time at this course and the first time we had a great experience except the fact that the greens were in poor condition, but we was warned beforehand about this issue and offered a discount. This time we are almost through 18 holes of golf when we were cussed at by the owner. Dropping the f bomb and name calling because apparently we had the golf cart too close to the green and it’s supposedly was cart path only. We told him that we will listen to his rules and we kindly tried to explain we were told something different. We had asked the guy when checking in what’s the rules of 90 degree golf path and he said “we just keep that sign up all the time you can go anywhere but the greens and wet spots.” However the owner said none of his employees would say that and that we’re dumb. We are new to golf but know basic etiquette and know when to ask questions and follow rules and if something isn’t clear we always ask an employee to explain to us. He were afraid of the golf cart messing up the greens when we weren’t even on the green. If you come here and does something the supposedly owner doesn’t quite like you will get cussed out and named called. Plus they put no effort into fixing their greens or their course in general. These people are so entitled it’s unreal. Instead of a teachable moment for new golfers we got screamed at, cussed at, and name called for absolutely no reason. There’s a way to treat your customers but...

If you like watching people drive carts on the tee box, this is the course for you. If you like beverage cart girls that play loud music all the time, this is the course for you. If you like the cart guy slamming into you full speed, then the owner yelling at you, and her daughter getting belligerent and coming at you yelling "what's the damn problem here", you guessed it. This is the course for you. My wife and I had been members here for a year or so, the owners son used to run the course. While they did struggle getting the greens in shape this spring, he was friendly, treated playes well, had the rest of the course in nice shape, and had a starter on the weekends. However the son was run off by his sister a few weeks ago, and it's been downhill since.
Do us all a favor Charlotte, bring back Steve or sell the course.

The course is challenging, has some very tight fairways. Almost all fairways slope one direction or another, so drive placement is very important. No too much water in play, just a few holes. Price was very reasonable. This course has now been added to my list of “need to play again”. The course staff was very friendly and inviting. Pace of play was right at 4 hours. - Don’t go flood the course so that pace becomes slow please! LOL
Oh and the tees are very generous if you are playing Senior or Lady tees. I think too generous on some holes. We played the white tees, Blue tees were definitely more challenging...
